We only collect information you choose to give us, together with limited technical information created automatically when any website is visited.

• Reservation requests: the date and time you select, your name, email address, telephone number, the number of guests, and anything you write in the notes field.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message.

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. These are generated by the web server and are used for security and troubleshooting.
• Anti-spam checks: our reservation and contact forms use rate limiting and hidden field checks to block automated submissions. This involves briefly processing your IP address.

• To respond to your reservation request and confirm, change or cancel your table.
• To reply to your message or enquiry.
• To note dietary requirements, accessibility needs or occasion details you have shared with us, so we can prepare for your visit.

Embedded content

Our location pages embed a map served by Google. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not control that processing. Video, if embedded in future, will be loaded in privacy-enhanced mode.

How long we keep it

Reservation and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and are then deleted or overwritten.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
